For many years, I was also a designer for a toy manufacturer in Germany, Clements Spieltiere, have been featured in many magazines in the US and Europe, and have received multiple accolades for my work, including Germany's Golden George nomination. Decorations: Soft cotton yellow and floral fabric top with soft lace attached to the bottom, organza ribbon, swiss cotton lace, small clay rose button, picnic basket with birthday cake, mini string jointed Teddy Bear .

RETURNS

Refunds are accepted on items when you notify me within 2 business days of receipt and returned in the original packaging, fully insured, within 3 business days of receipt. When I receive item in original condition a PayPal refund will be issued for cost of item. Shipping is not refundable.

SHIPPING

Currently 12" Teddy bear shipping cost to Canada is $43. Prices that are quoted in the pay pal buttons are an estimated cost. We will ask you to pay the difference if it is over $3 of the estimated shipping cost and contact you via email to be paid via pay pal.

Items outside the US will require additional shipping fees. We will contact you via e-mail about the extra cost that needs to be paid through PayPal. Any Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail except outside the US main land which will be mailed 1st class to save on shipping. Items are shipped insured inside the US main land, which is included in the price. We currently are not shipping to the UK.
