Welcome to my Teddy Bear Artist Online Show page! My name is Isabella Hoffmann and I have been creating collectibles professionally since 1995. For many years, I was also a designer for a toy manufacturer in Germany, Clements Spieltiere, have been featured in many magazines in the US and Europe, and have received multiple accolades for my work, including Germany's Golden George nomination. Decorations: Hand knitted hat, wool vest with authentic deer horn buttons from Lithuania, the vest is trimmed with gray fabric from England, mini acorn button, wooden branches with pine cones, and wooden snowflake, wooden crate with pine cone and snowman and greenery.

Decorations: The dress is made with semi dense red mohair and trimmed with grey curly material that looks like mohair (fabric is from England). Small woolen vest with buttons, heart ribbon, felted praline with mini beads for sugar sprinkles, small basket with felt hearts, flowers and greenery, brown boots with fur trimming, small red hearts and wooden beads on a wool string.

RETURNS
Refunds are accepted on items when you notify me within 2 business days of receipt and returned in the original packaging, fully insured, within 3 business days of receipt. When I receive item in original condition a PayPal refund will be issued for cost of item. Shipping is not refundable.

SHIPPING
Items are shipped USPS Priority Mail except outside the US main land which will be mailed 1st class to save on shipping. Items are shipped insured inside the US main land, which is included in the price. We currently are not shipping to the UK.
Items outside the US might require additional shipping fees. I will contact you via e-mail about the extra cost that needs to be paid through PayPal. Any Customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.
