If you are ordering from a country outside the United States, please allow more arrival time.
Return policy:
No return on books, DVDs, or patterns.
No return without proof of purchase or after after 10 days for Mohair Teddy Bears. We are not responsible for return shipping. No returns on special orders.
Classes:
All class fees are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by the instructor. Choose your class wisely. All kits include (only) the material for the projects, eyes, joints, footpads and the pattern. Please note: all patterns are copyrighted, and protected by the law and are for home use only. You may not teach these patterns with out the permission of the owner and purchase of the patterns for each student. You may not sell the patterns, or copy the patterns for any purpose other than home use, without the permission of the artist/designer.
Classes at other locations are more costly, do to the travel expenses.
To book Isabella to teach a class in your shop or for a private groups:
Book a class with Isabella for a group! Choose a Teddy Bear from the Gallery and Gallery 2 or choose a class for machine needle felting from the Machine Needle Felting Gallery. Make it a fun weekend for your friends or your shop. An extra fee will be added for travel, overnight stay and meals. However other arrangements can be worked out for meals and overnight stay. Cancellations of Classes.
Class fees will be refunded when the instructor cancels.
If you plan on traveling any major distance, please call before leaving to ensure we will be there. If weather conditions are foul, we may cancel class to ensure everyone's safety. Please check with us if conditions have the potential to impact travel.
